Director of Execution and Production

(Senior Managerial position now open. Unique job possibility. Positioned in London)


For our London office, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project and Production candidate to head the global roll out of all production aspects of the esport tournament BLAST Pro Series As our Director of Execution and Production you will manage and oversee the production of our events around the world as well as manage our two production teams.


Headline tasks:


  • Responsible for overall planning of technical and venue production across the involved technical departments and across all BLAST events globally!
  • Close collaboration and leading of technical specialists in the BLAST organisation
  • Negotiating and coordinating with local co-producers around the world
  • Ensure processes are installed in order to scale output
  • Tender processes - sourcing of and negotiating with technical suppliers etc. for each event
  • Management of our two production teams - Technical Production Manager, Facility & Venue Manager and suppliers
  • Overall responsible for executing every event
  • Responsible for production budgets
  • Responsible for needed, accurate and timely information and communication for all involved in the project – internally, Local Co producer (LCP), suppliers etc.
  • Collecting and sharing valuable knowledge for optimizing future events
  • Troubleshooting

Qualifications:


  • Very experienced and knowledgeable in production of large event productions
  • Strong ability to plan, process and optimize the execution of a series of events
  • Experience from sports events, TV shows, international touring or alike
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Expert in written and oral communication in English (required), and possibly Danish
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong international network
  • Calm and collected

Head of Brand Partnerships, BLAST Pro Series

RFRSH is looking to hire a Head of Brand Partnerships in its newest office in London’s Soho. The Partnership Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping RFRSH’s Commercial Business. Reporting to the President & CCO, the role will help shape & form the sales strategy to commercialise the current IP & properties the organisation can go out and sell. The primary purpose of this role will be to create a clear and succinct sales strategy around the BLAST Pro Series.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Leading the sponsorship sales function RFRSH’s headline event BLAST Pro Series
  • Create packages with event assets in order to drive new revenue
  • Work to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target clients/prospects for your products
  • Prepare exciting and creative proposals to attract new sponsors
  • Manage your own pipeline of prospective clients and ensure their proposition is in line with the RFRSH offering
  • Bring with you a network of sport, media and entertainment contacts who will be of interest to RFRSH
  • Develop and distribute innovative rights packages across multi-platform
  • Achieve assigned revenue goals
  • Representing RFRSH at events in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications:


  • 5-7 years’ work experience
  • Sports, media, entertainment experience within commercial and sponsorship sales
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategy
  • Understanding of the esports proposition and by extension the value certain partners will bring to the organisation
  • Clear understanding of end to end sales process
  • Experience working across digital sponsorship and creating value on multiple channels
  • An understanding of the different ways to package rights and the opportunity presented by a more diverse inventory

Partnerships Manager, BLAST Pro Series

(Positioned in London)


RFRSH is looking to hire a Partnerships Manager in its newest office in London’s Soho. The Partnership Manager will lead and develop existing partner relationships for RFRSH, including proactively driving partnership agreements through a strong understanding of individual partners’ markets and business objectives. Reporting to the President & CCO, the role will manage all contractual rights and work with numerous partners to deliver activation goals around the BLAST Pro Series.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Manage a portfolio of RFRSH partners, delivering contractual rights as well as the activation aspects and experiential campaigns for the assigned brands.
  • Establish a partner plan which also deliver against RFRSH’s overall strategic plan, including defining clear objectives and measurements of success.
  • Ensure the needs of both Partners and RFRSH are met and that you have a robust understanding of the Partner brands and businesses.
  • Constantly challenge yourself to develop new and innovative ways to provide value to both the respective Partner and RFRSH.
  • Establish clear and agreed campaign plans and objectives against each of their rights
  • Encourage Partners with new ideas and propositions you see in the wider Marketing sphere, remain current in experiential, digital/social media and activation trends.
  • To foster the best possible professional and personal relationships with Partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • To support the team in delivering any Partner events, leading as appropriate.
  • To keep abreast of all industry relevant marketing and business developments.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a commercial / client facing environment required.
  • Practical account management / activation experience.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of management of sponsorship contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including proven experience of influencing decision makers at a senior level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and understand operational detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomous environment.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • A thorough understanding of brand dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Experience of achieving and exceeding targets, in a target driven setting whilst demonstrating integrity.
