Team Manager & Social Coordinator - Astralis


We’re looking for a passionate, hard-working and dedicated team manager & social coordinator who can take a leading role in supporting the number one CS:GO team in the world.

As Astralis’ Team Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day team operations are executed professionally and seamlessly. With an aptitude for social media, you will also work closely with the RFRSH Communications and Commercial teams in order to tweet, post and engage until your heart’s content!

You are:


- A team lead; you command respect in a room and have had experience in organising and prioritising the needs of your team above all else.

- A social media advocate: you've had experience posting on all sorts of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, you're drawn to the unique two-way conversations social media encourages and are passionate about engaging with a robust community.

- A player engager: you're a gamer and identify with the audience, that's why you're great at hooking player attention and keeping them enthused.

- A problem solver: whether out in the community or in a meeting room, you enjoy the challenges of complex real world player pain points and use your skills in identifying the most efficient solution to solve them.


Your role as a Team Manager:


- Travel with the team to all tournaments and events to ensure the players are where they need to be, in the right jersey, at the right time.

- Fulfill duties on tournament and event media days, such as co-ordinate media interviews, work with local event promoters, lead the team to signing sessions and handle all media and press requirements.

- You will be responsible for the teams transportation during events, carrying necessary equipment and jerseys.

– Ensuring the team is wearing the right jerseys and clothing both in and out of the arenas.

– Take care of player and coach needs, especially just before and during games, giving them the optimal condition to focus on performing.


Your role as Community Lead:


- Be the contact person for partners that visit during the tournaments.

- Working with the Delivery Manager, be the direct link between the RFRSH office and the Astralis team.

- Liaising with RFRSH SoMe team on weekly content requirements and performance.

– Posting on social media channels daily.

– Shooting photos and video as required.

– Work with Delivery Manager to deliver all commercial requirements, most of which are tied to events.

Senior Creative Producer


We are looking to hire an in-house Senior Creative Producer to work across editorial video content, including filming at tournaments, and co-branded videos for our commercial partners.

The chosen candidate will work closely with the Head of Production to ensure the delivery of high quality content for an esports audience, the content will set us apart from our competitors and elevate our brand.

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge:


- Have a basic knowledge of esports and/or video games

- Have great organisational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time

- Be capable of working within and leading a team

- Have strong negotiation skills

– Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unusual projects

- Understand the demands of animated promos

- Scope out and determine the feasibility of producing final creative work in a variety of formats with quick turnaround times

- Source quotes and estimates for production work

- Ensure the correct licensing of artistic material across all formats and locations within agreed timings

- Maintain quality standards across the production of all creative work

- Plan and manage timing schedules that fit the needs of the tournament brief and budget

– Report progress of all work and any anticipated deviation from planned timings and costs to senior management week to week

– The successful candidate must be willing to travel internationally fairly regularly for shoots
